Front Desk Office Manager | temp-to-perm | in-person role | Investment Firm focused on Circular Economy
Looking for a Front Desk Office Manager for our client. This is a temp to perm role.
This role provides general front desk and office support to our client, an investment firm focused on building a circular economy. They are a 100% impact focused employer.
Responsibilities
-Register, welcome, and direct office visitors
-Answer and direct a small volume of incoming calls
-Provide administrative support for scheduling multiple stakeholder meetings, including room preparation and technology support for conference rooms
-Order, maintain, and stock office and kitchen supplies. Make coffee, empty dishwasher, and keep things organized.
-Manage and assisting in moving office furniture for office rearrangements for team meetings and events.
-Coordinate catering orders.
-Assist all staff with small administrative and clerical projects.
-Liaise with building facilities for repairs.
Qualifications
-4+ years of admin experience, preferably in startup or other fast-paced environment.
-Exceptional attention to details and communication skills.
-Proficiency with MS Office. General IT knowledge of virtual meeting software (Teams/Zoom/Webex), HDMI connections and WIFI connections (Google Chrome/Apple TV).
-Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds (packages and light furniture for office meetings).
-Interesting in sustainability, the circular economy, and recycling.
Salary: $65,000-$105,000, commensurate with experience. Temporary role will be $30-$40/hr. (When it turns permanent, they have excellent benefits.) They are big on staff development and promoting from within.

This role is a TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT position through TSS. You would be employed and paid by our company for the temporary portion and working directly with the client. Then it would turn permanent and you would be paid directly by the client.
