Brad Widolok
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Brad is the President and co-owner of TSS, a company he and his wife, Tracy, were excited to acquire in 2021, recognizing its two decades of dedicated service and well-established client and candidate relationships. With a values-driven approach, TSS aligns closely with Brad’s commitment to integrity and excellence in staffing.
In addition to his role at TSS, Brad is the founder and CEO of Bernard Nickels & Associates (BNA), a nationwide staffing firm he launched in 2002. His strong work ethic and passion for fostering successful connections make him a recognized leader in the industry. Before starting BNA, Brad served as a Managing Director for the Execu|Search Group and began his career as an Account Executive in IT consulting. A graduate of The Ohio State University with a BA in Journalism, Brad is also an avid guitarist and health enthusiast focused on yoga and meditation. He lives on Long Island, NY, with his family.
Tracy Widolok
PRESIDENT
Tracy brings exceptional administrative expertise and a unique capacity for connecting with people to her role as Director of Administration at TSS. Raised in suburban Chicago, she began her career as a recruiter in New York’s staffing industry, blending her experience as a fitness instructor and administrator in a nonprofit children’s gymnastics program. This background has given her a holistic perspective on the importance of wellness and balanced work environments.
A graduate of the University of Kansas with a BA in Communications, Tracy lives on Long Island with her husband, three children, and two dogs. She is passionate about the positive impact TSS has on people’s lives, helping individuals and teams thrive through meaningful work connections.
Karen Grant
VICE PRESIDENT
Having been with TSS since 2007, Karen is not just the backbone of the company - she is its heart and soul. She began her career in social services, quickly realizing her true passion lay in working one-on-one with job seekers to help them find meaningful employment.
Karen's ability to forge genuine, personal connections and build trust has made her a leader in the staffing community. She firmly believes that respect, critical thinking, diversity, equality, and inclusion must be at the core of this work. With a highly personalized approach, her in-depth engagement in recruiting, client relations, and coaching enables her to deeply understand each person's unique strengths and goals, leading to placements that consistently exceed expectations.
In addition to her Mount Holyoke College degree, Karen has completed an Employment Law Program with Cornell University. As a Brooklyn resident, she is committed to finding ways, big and small, to create positive impact both professionally and in her local community.
Steph Haubert
NATIONAL RECRUITMENT DIRECTOR
Stephani Haubert brings nearly two decades of expertise in national staffing, recruitment, and leadership to the TSS team. She is deeply committed to delivering exceptional service by identifying top talent and partnering with clients to secure the best fit for their needs.
Stephani specializes in staffing solutions for both nonprofit and corporate sectors, with a focus on administrative support, human resources, accounting, legal, and fundraising/development roles. Her competitive drive and strategic approach reflect her passion for achieving excellence in recruitment.
Outside of work, Stephani is a dedicated advocate for animal welfare, having fostered countless kittens over the past 25 years in partnership with her local shelter. She also enjoys playing, watching, and attending sporting events, a passion she has nurtured since childhood.
Brent Barnes
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Brent Barnes brings over five years of expertise in nonprofit staffing, helping organizations fulfill their missions across the nation. His professional journey began in the fashion industry, where he represented multiple wholesale lines after attending fashion school. Brent later transitioned into the corporate marketing world, working with startups before discovering his passion for staffing and recruitment.
Specializing in nonprofit staffing, Brent understands the unique challenges and opportunities these organizations face. His diverse background allows him to connect with clients and candidates in meaningful ways, ensuring the perfect fit for every role. At TSS, Brent is dedicated to empowering nonprofits with exceptional talent, driving their positive impact on communities nationwide.
Outside of work, Brent enjoys hiking with his two dogs, Gwenny and Harry, traveling, and watching movies.
Dianka Feddows
PAYROLL, HUMAN RESOURCES & OFFICE MANAGER
With over 17 years of experience in staffing, Dianka is our go-to person for payroll, human resources, and office management. Her extensive background makes her an invaluable asset when working with clients, candidates, consultants, and employees.
Dianka graduated from Hunter College with a BA in Political Science. A self-proclaimed "geek," she enjoys reading, gym workouts, and a variety of music, as well as spending quality time with her husband and young son.
Svetlana Savitskiy
ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Svetlana is our Accounting Manager, bringing more than 17 years of staffing industry experience to the TSS team. She manages a variety of back-office tasks, including payroll, banking, taxation, and bookkeeping. Along with our back-office team, Svetlana ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the office and provides invaluable insights.
Originally from Ukraine, Svetlana emigrated in the mid-1990s. She enjoys traveling and spending quality time with friends and family.
