Executive Assistant to CEO | Hybrid in NYC | Public Health Non-profit
Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant for a temporary to permanent role. This role would be temporary for 2-3 months and then could turn permanent. The role is mostly remote, but candidate must be available to work on-site in downtown Manhattan for important meetings. All employees are required to have COVID-19 vaccination.
The client is a global public health non-profit and this role does direct support for the CEO/Office of the President and the Executive Team meetings.
Job Duties:
-Staff the office of the CEO and serve as the first point of contact and provide excellent customer service to those who contact the CEO
-Schedule and manage the CEO’s calendar, including appointments, meetings, events, travel, speaking engagements, and teleconferences. Provide excellent verbal and written customer service to high-level stakeholders for the scheduling of meetings and events
-Manage communications to and from the President’s official email inbox
-Receive, screen, and direct phone calls, mail, parcels, faxes and email to determine significance and distribute to the CEO or executive leadership accordingly. This will require going into the office to pick up mail occasionally.
-Support executive team convenings that happen at the office periodically – this will require some on-site work
-Manage and execute logistics for local as well as international meetings and conferences
-In coordination with other staff, prepare materials and IT coordination for meetings and events
-Arrange all travel and transportation planning and support for the CEO and the President’s office, including ground, air or other travel, both nationally and internationally including visas, per diem, cash advance and travel expenses
-Prioritize and execute exceptional time management skills pertaining to coordination of the CEO’s activities and activities of the Office of the President
-Handle corporate expenses and receipt reconciliation for the CEO’s expenses
-Perform other tasks as requested by the President and CEO
-Some work—including re-scheduling last minute requests—may be required outside standard work hours
-Must have previous top level EA experience, preferable in a non-profit or similar setting. Public health experience a plus.

Temporary pay rate: $40-$45/hr
Permanent salary: $90,000-$105,000

This role is a TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT position through TSS. You would be employed and paid by our company for the temporary portion and working directly with the client. Then it would turn permanent and you would be employed directly by the client.
