I am retiring, and TSS will have new owners!
This is an exciting moment, and I want to share the news with you! Now, after 22 years in business, Temporary Staffing by Suzanne, Ltd. will be both the same -- and brand new. I am retiring, but the special spirit of TSS will be continuing on and evolving.
Karen Grant (whom so many of you know and admire) will be staying on and continuing to bring you excellent service in her new role as Vice President, and Temporary Staffing by Suzanne, Ltd. will have highly qualified new owners with a great depth of experience in this work, and with huge joy and enthusiasm about their new endeavor!
I'm sure that, if you communicated with Karen at any point during her 14 years with TSS, you are likely to have noted her stunning clarity of thought and expression and her reassuring combination of sensitivity and integrity. Karen is equally dedicated to getting things right - both for our clients and for our temporary workers. She asks the right questions and captures all the right details. She genuinely listens, and she always remembers.
Karen's quick understanding of the larger picture, combined with her superb memory of the details, and her passion for building lasting relationships, have made her a leader at TSS and a natural fit to help steer the company into the future.

Brad and Tracy Widolok and Temporary Staffing and Search LLC! (The new TSS!)
Early this year I met our new soon-to-be owners, Brad and Tracy Widolok. My wise accountant through the life of TSS made the introduction. He has known them well through the years and he felt they could be a great match for my company. I considered and met with other companies as potential buyers, but the others just didn't feel like the right match. Enter Brad and Tracy!
The new owners have a healthy, strong, and long history in the temporary and permanent staffing industry. Brad is the founder and president of Bernard Nickels & Associates (BNA), a nationwide staffing and recruitment firm, recently celebrating their 19th year of success. As they create their top-quality new "TSS," they are filled with new energy, new thoughts, and new excitement. They look forward to building on the history while creating a new, relevant, and vibrant future that will embrace up-to-the-minute technology while remaining true to the 'old-fashioned' principles of customer service and deep attention to detail.
About me...
I've been in the temporary staffing industry since 1983. I feel deeply grateful that my life has been blessed by the work of connecting people and jobs. Those connections have so often been joyful and have so often been life changing for all those involved. I've loved this work!
Thank you to each of you - for your trust in us through the years. Now, I'm happy to be able to put my trust in Tracy and Brad. I hope that you will as well.
