Project Coordinator - Finance, HR, and Operations Teams at non-profit - (6 months), remote


We are looking for an organized, experienced, and detail-oriented project coordinator/manager for a 6 month assignment with our client, a global non-profit organization.

This is a remote assignment but candidates must be available to work a 40 hour week, Monday-Friday often starting at 8am ET. (Need someone who can do at least 8amET-12pmET and then can be flexible with the rest of the timing.) The assignment pays $30/hr.

Job Description: Work as the all-important organizational glue that supports multiple teams and projects. Looking for a self-starter who loves figuring things out and is tech savvy.

-Create and maintain digital filing and organizational systems.

-Liaise with IT to help with day-to-day questions.

-Update organizational calendar and help with individual calendar management and scheduling. This often means figuring out a time multiple people can meet across multiple time zones. Send out reminders and follow-ups.

-Take meeting minutes.

-Help with support and logistics for events.

-Assist Finance Department with maintenance of records and audit preparation.

-Assist HR to track information.

 

Technology: MS Office, GSuite, Zoom CRM or ATS (preferred).

 

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or project coordinator role.

-Background working with finance or HR preferred.

-Excellent communication skills.

-Highly organized.
