Project Coordinator | part time-3days/week | hybrid | 1 month+ | Public Health Non-Profit
Our client is looking for a Part Time Project Coordinator/Admin Assistant for a 1 month+ medical leave position to assist their travel team.
This role can be remote role, but would like to do in-person training in their Manhattan office. The role is 3 days per week. The client is a global public health non-profit.
Skills needed: very high discretion; word, excel, data entry, attention to detail, clear written and oral communication, ability to deal with diverse individuals in a cordial manner.
Job Description:
-Data entry and clean-up
-Track travel details and update travel system
-Prepare detailed reports
-Book ground transportation
-Complete credit card authorization forms
-Draft letters - visa support, insurance certificates
-Credit card reconciliation - file receipts and assist with month-end reconciliations
Qualifications:
-3+ years of previous administrative or project coordination experience
Tech: MS Office, GSuite, Slack, Zoom, Box, Docu-sign.
