Payroll Administrator | 6 month, temporary role | hybrid job | International Foundation
Our client is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator for a 6 month temporary position. The role is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, The role is 50% remote and 50% in-person. Candidates must have 5-7 years of payroll administrator experience and have Workday experience to be considered.
The organizational is an international foundation - this role is working in their HR/Payroll department while the team undergoes a busy period.
Job Description:
-Assist Associate Director, Payroll with 2022 year-end processes and 2023 prep such as fringe benefits reporting, drafting employee communications, and pulling reports in Workday
-Liaise with payroll vendor(s) where needed
-Troubleshoot employee and/or Workday issues
Experience/Qualifications:
-5-7+ years in payroll administrator or similar role, demonstrating a solid understanding of US payroll processes and IRS regulations
-Workday experience required
-Ceridian and/or OneSource Virtual experience a plus
-CPP or other payroll certification a plus
-Proficient in MS Excel
