Office Facilities Coordinator - part time 20 hrs/week, in person
Our client is a PEO that helps businesses grow. They are looking for a part time (20 hrs/week), in-person, temp or temp-to-perm office facilities coordinator. This role is fully in-person at their NYC office, no remote work. Pay range is $20-$24/hr. Role is Monday-Friday, 9am-1pm.

The role includes tidying, restocking, and liaising with building/cleaning vendors. Someone who is friendly, warm, helpful, and likes interacting with people! Someone who says “how can I help?” and looks for ways to make the process more seamless. Really important: communication and reliability!, own the snack process (it takes longer than you realize), be the point person for all these details.
-This role opens the office and gets things ready for staff to arrive. They need someone very punctual for 9am arrival time. Turn on the lights, empty dishwasher, start coffee, clean out fridge, get everything set up, tidy if needed, restock supplies, if needed.
-Help with in-office events – order food, set-up, send invites.
-Manage the company-wide purchase process, including ad hoc items, snacks and office supplies, on an ongoing basis. Take inventory and make sure things are stocked.
-Data entry and tracking for workplace vendor account and expense management.
-Ensure the office is presentable and organized. Work with cleaning crew and then tidy a bit, if necessary. Everyone does their own cleanup in the kitchen but may need to help. Be point person with cleaning crew – order them supplies as needed, may need to restock something in the middle of the day.
-Some front desk greeting or guests and accepting deliveries. No phone work.
-Must be comfortable working on MAC and using GSuite (sheets and gmail).
