Executive Assistant/Office Manager | ongoing temporary role | Tech Company | Onsite role in NYC (no remote)
Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager for an ongoing temporary assignment. The role is Monday-Friday, about 40 hours per week. This role is fully onsite working at their midtown Manhattan office.
Our client is a tech company - This role assists multiple senior executives (70%) and manages the office (30%). Must have previous senior level EA experience to be considered.
-Scheduling and calendar management for 4 senior executives
-Meeting prep for executives and office meetings
-Travel and expenses
-Assist with budgets
-Admin and organizational work for the office
-Greet guests and accept packages
-Coordinate inventory for snacks and supplies
-Keep office tidy
Software: GSuite.
Compensation: $27-$35/hr, commensurate with experience
