Digital Archiving Project | 3 months+ | On-site in NYC | Foundation


Our client, a prestigious foundation, is looking for help with a digital archiving project. They anticipate needing help for about 3 months, or until the project is complete. The role is fully in-person at their uptown Manhattan office (no remote work).

Looking for someone with previous experience setting up an internal digital filing system to archive large amounts of information. Candidates without this experience on their resume should include a note or they will not be considered at this time. Cannot train for this role so must have direct experience. Previous non-profit/foundation experience a plus.

-Set up the folders and structure for 8 programs and archive information accordingly.

-They have data going back to 2003 in both digital and paper format.

-Data is highly confidential.

-This role is creating the structure and also digitally filing the individual documents.

Technology: MS Office (including Teams), Box, SharePoint

Compensation: $23-$27/hr
