Our client is looking for a Payroll Operations Analyst to start ASAP!
Our client is a PEO. We are assisting them in searching and screening possible candidates for this role. If selected, you would be a direct hire employee of our client.
Job Description
-Execute day-to-day operations for payroll system including adjustments, reviewing accuracy of income withholding orders/garnishments, and verifying other relevant customer payroll data
-Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies in system
-Respond to questions and requests from various teams
-Assist with developing workflows and processing changes
-Support various teams as a subject matter expert on payroll
-Develop and review standard operating documents for stakeholders
-Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
-2 years of relevant work experience
-Prior experience in payroll and quarterly tax reporting and filing
-Familiarity with basic business process management activities (process mapping, improvement, implementation, etc.)
-Mastery of Excel a plus
-Prior experience with Atlassian Software (Jira and Confluence) a plus
Salary is $65,000-$80,000 per year and they have great benefits.
