Administrative Coordinator/Executive Assistant


We are looking for an organized administrative assistant, executive assistant, or team coordinator with top-notch scheduling experience for a 3-6 month position with a foundation.

Job Description:

Looking for scheduling and admin support for a department. You must be very detail oriented and have previous admin/EA experience. The team is great and really needs someone to partner with them to help stay on track!

  • Calendar management/scheduling

  • Creating project timelines and following up with people -Event planning/logistics (virtual)

  • Expense reports

  • Gatekeeping

  • Composing and editing correspondence

Qualifications:

  • One to three years of administrative experience; experience working in an NGO, foundation or social enterprise preferred

  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, troubleshoot and follow projects through to completion

  • Experience working with MS Office and G-Suite.
