Our client is looking for a Finance/Operations Associate to start ASAP!
Our client is a non-profit organization. We are assisting them in searching and screening possible candidates for this role. If selected, you would be a direct hire employee of our client.
Job Description: This role is Finance/HR/Administration Associate role. It is the junior role on the finance/ops team of 3 and does general office management as well.
This person does: lots of data entry and organization, all entry level accounting tasks, a/p, a/r, payroll allocation, cc reconciliations, accounting systems, record management (online), answers phones, keeps printers working, HR admin – scanning, saving, reaching out to brokers, coordinates the interns – paperwork all set, and generally helps everyone.
Must have 1-3 years of experience.
Salary is $45,000-$50,000 per year and they have great benefits.

LOCATION: Hybrid role, 3 days/week will be in-person. You must be available for in-person work in Manhattan, NY office. Requiring vaccination and booster.
SALARY: commensurate with experience, $45,000-$50,000
